@ayampop.primadona is a must-try local food spot in Denpasar by Manik Anggara. I have the pleasure of working as their Graphic Designer and Marketing Executive, under the same umbrella company, PT Semeton Dari Rumah.

Their food originated from West Sumatra, however, the owner took the time to customize her recipe into an elevated nostalgic yet rich chicken plate jam packed with flavor,. The chicken is marinated, dipped into another seasoned mixture, lightly fried, then covered generously with a rich white curry sauce. It comes with rice, crispy fried ubi leaves, crackers, and rambak for all the extra crunch.

And that curry sauce… rich savoury and honestly brilliant poured over the rambak. The chicken stays tender and suddenly the whole plate disappears.

No gimmicks! just authentic Indonesian comfort food that locals genuinely love.
